AlNowais Real Estate is a developer of major hospitality developments as well as co-developing other real estate projects within the hospitality sector. The Company owns Park Rotana in Abu Dhabi, a major mixed use development and owns sizable equity stakes in Rotana Amwaj in Dubai, Rotana Hotel Management, Rotana Amman (under construction). AlNowais Real Estate is currently developing Saadiyat Rotana Hotel and Resort on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
